Remuneration Policy

In accordance with the Swedish FSA's regulations on managers of alternative investment funds (FFFS 2013: 10), the company's board has adopted a remuneration policy which aims to counteract excessive risk-taking. The Board has analysed the risks associated with the company's remuneration policy and procedures and, based on the analysis, identified employees deemed to be Identified Staff at the company.
