Remuneration Policy
Nyhavn's remuneration policy and remuneration system are consistent with and promote sound and effective risk management, including sustainability risks. The role of remuneration in the risk build-up in financial companies is fundamental and as a result Nyhavn's has identified employees with the ability to influence the risk profile of the firm and whose total remuneration is subject to limitations and approval by the Board of Directors.
